Beautiful as decor
As others have stated, the pillow has a rough material, but we're not using it to lay our heads on. Used as decor or a pillow to put behind your lower back, it's nice. It's a beautiful, full pillow, and the quality is great. Ours did not come with threads hanging out where they aren't intended.

Inaccurate sizing
Inaccurate description on sizing. Was expecting a large lumbar pillow based on the measurements specified but when I received them they were much smaller. Maybe without the inside pillow it would be 14” by 20” but I measured 15” by 9”. The inside pillow is also too stiff and the outside texture is very rough.
