Unflavored = Straight Olive Oil taste
Like spraying straight Olive Oil into your mouth. So disappointed as I love all of the other sprays and gummy vitamins that I have tried, and use daily, from MRO. I will definitely be looking for a different Vitamin D & K. Bummed this one doesn't work for me.

I love this spray D3 K2! It's pretty mild in taste and I usually just take a big gulp of water right after spraying. It's an oil based product so the vitamins are stabilized & absorb into the body properly, so that might catch you off guard initially but it's not bad at all. Solid reliable brand!

love this spray but I have noticed over time the liquid spills out (when you do a pump). and my fingers can get "greasy" from the liquid. my husband and I take this daily!

I started taking this spray while I was pregnant, and continued it after I delivered while breastfeeding. My baby had to undergo planned chemotherapy for a genetic problem at 3 months old. The hospital dietitian was about to prescribe the routine Vitamin D drops, but decided to check his levels first. They came back and she said she was shocked at how good they were without any supplementation on his part. She didn't end up needing to prescribe them, just said to continue taking what I was taking and breastfeeding him. So I wanted to say thank you for such a great product that has allowed me to pass on the benefits to my sweet baby and not have to be one more thing I have to make him take on top of all the other gross medications.

I've tried them all, d3 and k2 separately, tried them together, in tiny tabs under the tongue, drops, sprays, tablets, capsules - and with everything I've learned over the years, this is not only the optimal way to get D3 K2 in a controlled dose, but it's from a company that I found on the Clean Label Project.

I have been severely devoid in Vitamin D for the longest time (14 was my count almost every time I was tested.). The prescription Vitamin D made me ill. The over the counter pills made me ill. And to boot all they did was make me ill - none of the Vitamin D was absorbed. Then I found this spray. I have had no illness due to this spray (which does NOT burn me, nor does it taste rancid! I don't get these other reviews.) and my Vitamin D count is finally that of a human! Thank you Mary Ruth! I'm human again!

I love that this is unflavored. I can easily put it in my food since I don't enjoy oily textures of D3 drops, so this makes it very easy to take compared to other brands!

I was recently diagnosed with osteoporosis and told to take vitamin E and calcium. I have trouble with vitamin E pills giving me migraines. My niece is a nurse practitioner and she suggested the vitamin E drops from your company. I started out with three drops a day advancing up to 5 drops per day. I began getting mild migraines at 5 drops so went back to three and in a few days will go back up to 4 drops per day. Is there anything else you have that will work? So far I have been happy with the results but would prefer no migraines even mild ones. Thanks so much. I also have been allergic to dairy Sind childhood.

I have a really hard time having enough energy in the winter when there is no sunlight and I'm always inside. I decided to up my intake of vitamin D3 (I'm also taking the liquid multivitamin) and this has made a world of difference. no longer do I have crazy energy dips. My energy is really consistent throughout the day and I feel like I am much more focused!

I tried Mary Ruth’s because I have been battling mysterious health issues for about a year now, and I finally wanted to take it into my own hands, and after reading about where Mary Ruth’s organics came from why this wonderful woman started what she started I felt like the values of mine really connected with the values of this brand and I’ve been recommending it to everyone I know I really am feeling so much better day after day since I’ve been using the zinc and the D3 K2 spray. If you are taking this on its own, it has a very strong olive oil flavor, but if you mix it with one of the liquid multivitamins or juice, it is tolerable and almost tasteless. I could not take this on its own.
