I wasn't sure about using a down alternative pillow, but decided to try this one. It is nice and soft to sleep on, but I feel like my head gets hot. I have to constantly flip the pillow to keep my face cool. However, I don't feel like my ear gets smashed down like with foam pillows. It was worth the money, but it's not a pillow I will keep long-term.

This is a really nice pillow, just the right amount of stuffing to offer good neck support without too much height. I don’t like flat pillows but I like to feel it by my shoulders and this one accomplishes that. I like that it’s a down alternative for allergens and environmental reasons.
