Missing important safety accessories!

The bounce house itself was very sturdy easy to assemble… we didn't open it until the day of my daughters party only to discover it was missing the stakes, the storage bag and instructions patches warnings etc. When I called the actual company the young lady gave me an attitude and a hard time about it so I returned it! All in all great bouncy house well worth the $$! just make sure it comes with all the accessories and safety items( …stakes so it doesn't fly away!) and you should be fine…
