Missing item

There are supposed to be 3 boxes I only received 2 of the 3. I was trying to resolve the issue on the app but it only allows me to do a return. So unfortunately I can’t rate my actual purchase because I don’t have everything I need. I’m leaving a bad review in hopes that Target will reach out to me to rectify the issue.
