Seeds laked out of package inside the shipping box. Maybe 2-tablespoons. But you know how tiny they are! The package was not completely sealed.

The Best Suplements for all.

One t of he most wonderful suplements that we get all vitamins in one. The Chia seeds is very important because help your body get more energy and work into the belly burning fat. In my case the chia seeds together with the flaxes seeds burner my belly fat more and more. Never I know the existent complements as far as start to use the Nutribullet smoothis.

I love adding these to my breakfast fruit bowl. They (Navitas Naturals) have a great website to research the origin of their products too. Non-gmo is good for you, and these are!

Chia Seeds

On first learning of Chia, black were recommended, but Swanson has white. I eat them added to my homemade Granola. Very happy with them; should probably eat more often.
