Dont have a fabric tape measure? Use a shoelace or pant leg to measure. Then, lay it flat & use a ruler or tape measure to get a numerical measurement.

    With your child bending to one side, measure the point where the flexes naturally. keep the tape level & comfortably loose.

  • Hip

    Have your child stand like a tall tree with feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of the hips & seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit your child well. Measure along the seam from crotch to leg opening.

not going to hold up

I can already tell there's no way these are going to hold up. it might be hard to see in the photos but the threading is terrible and already frayed in spots. this isn't something I would normally notice but when I took them out of the package, I notice frayed thread on the leg part. I checked and every pair is like this with multiple spots of fraying. I thought I was safe going with a name brand like Hanes but after a few washes, I anticipate they'll be coming apart.

See-through. Son hates them.

Nope. Sending them back. See through and have a silky texture. Some kids may like that but my 11 year old thinks it's "weird." 3 stars because they're probably great for hot days with Spring/Summer sports. Can't imagine they'd hold up well over time with how thin they are, especially if you have an active child in youth sports.
