24"x32" Decorative Carved Wood Wall Mirror - Hearth & Hand™ with Magnolia

I have ordered this mirror TWICE, first one delivered by UPS and arrived completely shattered. They sent me a replacement days later and it was just delivered by FedEx and completely shattered. Very disappointing!

I think I'm going to love this mirror once I get a replacement. The first was shattered and they're sending me a new one. It was fiasco as when I took it back to the store they couldn't help me or replace it as it was puchased online. Also it was on sale and if I left it there they "woudn't be able match my price or guarantee what customer service would do." Customer service was helpful in the end but always call. On-line had me sending the broken mirror back. Also look at reviews. Now 3 out of 7 report shattered mirrors.

Mirror is pretty, but it arrived completely shattered with a broken frame. Frustrating having to send back a broken mirror in a large box.

I measured the place I was planning on hanging the mirror before I bought it, but when I received it, it didn’t work because of the decorative tip on the mirror at the top. I don’t think that was included in the measurements of the mirror. Because of the tip, which I love, the mirror is too tall for my space.

She’s gorgeous. I did have to re-order because the first one came completely shattered but I guess second time was the charm for me. I love this mirror, it’s perfectly sized and simple but with a touch of elegance. The wood is a perfect neutral that works in any space.

I took one star off because the first one arrived with cracks in the glass. I took a chance and did an exchange. I’m so glad I did. It really is beautiful in person.

Beautiful Mirror. Had a bathroom remodel and wanted something with some warmth in terms of wood texture and it is great. Such a nice find and the price you cannot beat! Try looking and you will see...

I love it. I took a chance on shipping and was pleasantly surprised it was well packaged for shipping. I’ve been looking for a mirror for a small dresser and this matches perfectly.

I love the antique feel this mirror gives off. It’s great quality and adds character to my daughter’s room.

I love this mirror so much that I ordered a second for our bathroom remodel. No problems at all with shipping. Everything arrived in perfect order.

The mirror reflection and frame is good quality for price point. The rounded corners give it much more interest than a standard arched frame, the decorative wood piece is firmly attached, the wood frame feels solid, and the overall size is nice. No regrets with this purchase. As far as shipping goes, it was well packaged and arrived all the way to Alaska fully intact. It drives me bonkers that people factor shipping issues into the rating of a product. Definitely worth mentioning but shouldn’t be a consideration for rating.
