We get these all the time, relatively healthy. More expensive but worth it!

I had high hopes for this. I love their frozen waffles. Unfortunately this French toast disappointed. Taste and texture of cardboard. These were not cheap =*(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to like the Kodiak Protein French Toast Sticks, but overall I didn’t enjoy them. I cooked them in the air fryer hoping to get that perfect texture, crispy on the outside and soft and pillowy on the inside. While they did crisp up a bit, the inside ended up being too soft, almost bordering on mushy. The flavor was also not great for me. After the first couple bites of one stick, I honestly didn’t want to keep eating. The only way I could finish was by slathering them in syrup to cover up the taste. That said, I’m giving them 3 stars because they do offer a decent amount of protein. If your main goal is boosting protein rather than finding something that tastes like classic French toast, they might still be worth it, especially if you pair them with syrup or another topping to help mask the flavor.

We are huge fans of this whole brand at this point I don’t think there is something by far my family hasn’t enjoyed. There were enough French toast sticks for about 3 people, so I shared them with my daughter's. Overall, I liked the crispiness when cooked in the oven, and a small portion was pretty filling. The texture inside was soft and dense, and had a light sweetness. I do think they were lacking in flavor a bit and needed some more cinnamon. These made a quick, filling meal.

I popped them in the microwave for a couple minutes. Great taste and flavor. Best thing is they don’t dry out and get hard. Just like homemade. On top of that’s it’s loaded with protein. My 5 year old loves these which make my mama heart happy. She’s gets in her protein and likes it too. Pair with some fruit and some honey and mmm mmm mmm.

They tasted very comparable to any other stick I’ve tried. They lose something for claiming to be high protein at only 10g at 330cal. That’s a little disappointing.

Overall though, I don’t find the macros very impressive. 4 sticks is 330 calories and only 10g of protein. I might rather just have classic French toast sticks.
