Was on the search for alternative energy boosters aside from a cup of coffee and came across this popular product. First time trying it so I prepared it as instructed. Flavor was okay and powder didn't dissolve as great as it should but I ended up getting sick the following day. I thought it could have been something I ate so I gave it another try once I was feeling better (over a week later). Prepared another pack and immediately felt the same symptoms after two sips. I'm now sure this product is what made me sick the first time. Should have known better than to purchase products from these "influencers." This is definitely not for me and would not recommend unfortunately.

Omgosh. Delicious!!! But you only need a half a tube for each 20 Oz glass. It’s rather sweet and it does cause carbonated water to explode. Use very sparingly. I love that there’s no fake sugar for once! We definitely feel better after consuming these but try to stick to one a day.
