    Made me feel nauseated

    Unfortunately, the high amount of biotin in this supplement makes me feel nauseated. I have tried another brand's similar supplement which had collagen, and I thought that was the cause, but these do not contain collagen. Also, the bottle is huge, vs the number of pills you receive. I will also note that I only took one capsule, rather then two to start with, and I still had the effects. I am just sensitive to biotin in high doses.

    They work!

    I have always been skeptical about hair and skin supplements. However, I will say that these supplements work! I suffered some hair loss after having my child, as well as from stress and hypothyroidism complications. I noticed the difference a couple weeks after consistent use. The thinning spots I had on my hair line and in the middle have thickened. So yes, these work as long as you are consistent.

    DO NOT TAKE IF ALLERGIC TO ALOE/LATEX

    This product contains aloe and can cause severe reaction if you’re sensitive to aloe, latex, chestnut, kiwi!!!

    Contact Doctor Before Trying!

    I experienced severe pelvic pain, back pain, and frequent bathroom trips after starting these vitamins. Every time I ate, I had to rush to the bathroom, and these symptoms lasted for about a week and a half. Since these were the only new addition to my daily routine, I realized they were the cause. My doctor informed me that these vitamins are not regulated, and I would strongly recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before purchasing. Please be cautious and talk to your doctor before trying them.

    Possible headaches

    Added this to my regime and I started getting headaches. This has microcrystalline cellulose and may not be tolerated by all who digest this. Just did not work for me.

    As far as I know, these are working as they should

    I have been using liquid collagen, Rosemary scalp scrubs along with this and I do notice a big difference in the softness of my hair and the strength in my nails but the only thing I have to complain about, and I hope that actual company sees this, that's quite a bit of packaging for the amount of pills that come in it!

    Beautiful nails

    I bought this with collagen. After pregnancy my hair loss is not a joke, and my nails were so weak. I have been using this for almost 1 week and I can see the difference on my nails. Definitely recommend giving them a chance.
