Never used because it never turned on

Charged and tried to turn it on and it never turned on. Tried to contact company but they didn't answer or contact me back. Also found a little wire not connected to anything, so maybe that was the issue?

It never came!

I ordered this for my sons birthday and it never came! Target said it was delivered and clearly was not however they wont do anything about it because its sold by a third party!
