Leaves greasy residue even after washing
It makes ur hair feel dry and damaged in the shower and smells toxic even after washing it out but the worst part was that it leaves ur hair looking greasy and weighed down from the residue even after washing. Do not recommend!!

A little goes a loooong way!
I have thick and coarse hair and I am used to using more product than the usual amount, but with this one less is more. Follow the directions: you will not feel like it is softening or conditioning your hair while in shower, but trust it is. Use specified amount and in most cases less, if you apply a heat treatment after to style, use less of that as well, because this product will weigh hair down other wise. If you play with the amount for your hair type, this product will do as it says and last the recommended three washes.

Unusual, but good
Received a sample of this with one of my recent orders and finally decided to give it a try. I will say the only other similar I've used is color wow dream coat. This gloss smells amazing. The one odd thing for me was the way it made my hair feel in the shower and after my shower. It said your hair will feel silky once you wash it out, my hair however felt more like.....I guess I would call it unsauced pasta that got cold texture. A little slimy, a little thick. I have to say though once I started blowing out my hair was when the wow factor came in to play. On the first pass I could already see improvement in the shine of my hair. This product gave amazing shine and incredible frizz control. My hair is naturally wavy and often doesn't hold a blow out well. The next day after I slept on it and was out running errands all day my hair was still shiny and frizz free. If you are considering buying this, I would. I personally won't be likely as I rarely use heat on my hair, if that ever changes this will definitely be my go to. Way better than dream coat.

Greasy disappointment
Just greasy and very perfumey. Not nice pike other ouai products. I have normal slightly frizzy hair. Dried it with my dyson to 50% and finished with my Shark Glossi, and it looks lile crap. Such a bummer, gonna have to wash it out tomorrow for sure.

I have bleach blonde hair and this product makes my hair look so healthy and shiny. I naturally have very dry hair so I don't know if that makes a difference, but this works great for me! I received it as a freebie after buying the shampoo and conditioner. I am now buying the full size bottle.

I received this as a sample and definitelt would not recommend it. It made my hair look and feel greasy. Not glossy at all. Totally disappointed.

greasy hair + clumps
i got this as a freebie- i have fine, straight hair & i used product as directed. im thinking of maybe trying it again & using even less to see if that changes anything. my hair was left clumped together & greasy after rinsing… used dry shampoo all over my head & it seemed to sort of put it back to "normal". im super dissapointed since it smells soo good (definitely not a scent everyone will love).

Ouai Gloss Works!
This review is for the Ouai Gloss (in-shower) Shine Treatment. It works! My hair looks shiny when I use it. Some people have complained about the scent, and I agree that it does have a somewhat more strong "salon product" smell, more of an herbal scent. But it's not bad, not what I'd typically go for in terms of scent, but not bad. I find that if I just wash my hair and kinda wring out the water, skip the towel dry step, and apply and comb through, let it sit for a few minutes and then rinse, it works so well, and the smell isn't too strong that way . It smells clean and herbal. I love that it provides heat protection too so I don't have to fuss with additional products after the shower.

Makes hair look greasy
I use all ouai products and love them- the fine hair shampoo, conditioner and hair mask. I love the leave in conditioner too. This hair gloss is not great. It makes your hair look and feel greasy. I only put on the ends and it looks my hair is still wet.

Left my hair greasy
Used as directed, once my hair dried after my shower my hair was left looking like i havent showered in a week. All my hair strands are clumped together & my scalp looks greasy. I will contiue to use the drybar gloss rinse instead. This product was not it.

The first time I used it. . . I used far too much as I could hardly read the tiny print on the bottle. I rehashed my hair and it was great! It was shiny, had lots of body and was very pleased. Next time I will use the correct amount!

I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for thin hair. I love it, my hair is so soft and shiny after and the fragrance is wonderful! I would love a body lotion with that smell!
