Made for TALL people

This is a beautiful chair, but, it is made for GIANTS. I purchased this for our baby nursery. I am a normal sized female at 5' 4", and I am nervous to use this with a new baby. If I scoot all the way back into the chair, there is no way I actually touch the ground with my feet so it'll make it tough to scoot into the chair with a newborn. Still wanted to give it 4 stars because it is absolutely beautiful. But I think its more fitting for people over 6 feet tall. :)

Great Find

I was nervous to purchase due to reports of the screws not staying in, however I took the chance due to the sale and I'm soo glad I did! This chair is comfortable and beautiful, it's also relatively easy to assemble. just double check the part that people have listed here (thank you everyone who did!!) isn't missing before you take all the other parts out. But really can't beat this for the price with the natural fabric, and it's quiet, no squeeks. very happy with this purchase! fyi, the footrest is in the seat bed under Velcro, at first I thought it was missing so that's why I put 4 stars for assembly.

Not made correctly

If possible, I would give this negative 5 stars for pain and suffering. I have ordered this twice and been unable to assemble it both times. The supporting bar that holds the arm rest rockers together was milled incorrectly both times. The milling for the screws was so deep that there was no way for the screws to stay in. Once would be a fluke, and I get it, but twice in a row tells me that there is a faulty run of these floating around. Stay FAR FAR away if you value your sanity.

Faulty part, unusable

Could not get the support bar on bottom of chair to connect— screws wouldn’t grip. Contacted Costway customer service (no phone number given) via email. Their reply? Call Target 🤦🏻♀️. No one at Target knows why part E won’t attach. Only recourse is to disassemble a heavy chair that took two hours to assemble and then haul the parts back to Target and find someone you help me unload this and drag it into the store. A significant hassle when Costway could have just sent me a part that wasn’t broken. No more Costway products ever for me.
