Efficient AC with Easy Installation
What a great buy! I bought during days and saved a lot. This air conditioner keeps rooms cool. I put in a vertical spot, easy installation. The window kit is great you can expand to the size you need with ease. It's quiet, for an air conditioner. The swing motion gives constant movement of air. It's slim and fits in with my decor. Included window kit, drain hose, exhaust hose and easy and clear instructions along with a remote. My only dislike is that the remote does not light up. I'm very pleased with its performance so far.

Lifesaver in Heat
My AC went down and couldn't be replaced for 3 weeks in a heat wave. This unit saved me. Delivered fast, set up easily and worked perfectly. The best part, no drain so no heavy water bucket to empty. Good value for a bedroom or large living room.

Helpful but incomplete
The product is fairly easy to set up. However in my opinion, the instructions should say what size the drain tubing is so you can get a longer one if necessary. The one in the box is about 2'. In addition it should also provide information regarding the app!

Not strong enough
Did not cut the heat. The air coming out was cool, but even on the best setting, it didn't help a room that was much smaller than the advertised sqft.

Super quiet, mostly plug and play
The AC itself is great, its super quiet and works great! Its really easy to move around and is generally really great! the window slider was of an odd size, though thankfully I have large non-standard windows so I was fine though I could see this being an issue. The all in one is great, though I have only used it for cooling so far, it has been great! We have already moved it around a few times, its easy to move, its easy to use and even my living room, which is my largest room, at ~400 sq ft can get cooled down nicely. Looking forward to see it works with heat, though as it has gotten cool, recently I have been using the fan and its a great fan. Controls are pretty straightforward and its been easy to use.

Underwhelming Cooling Capacity
The unit arrived on time and was easy to install and startup. I have had Whynter, Black&Decker, Honeywell and Dreo AC units operating now and in the past, all rated 14000 BTU. These units provided a true 14000BTU cooling capacity. The SereneLife unit is much smaller physically and therefore it is not surprising that it does NOT provide 14000BTU of cooling. My measurements indicate it to be closer to 8000 - 10000BTU.

Good but flawed
This is a great working product with one exception. An E4 code comes on, the machine stops working then needs to be emptied daily. I will not have any further need for that

Won't last. You will need to buy extended warranty.
Product lasted less than 2 years. I live in the NE so only used during summer months June - Sept. Product support was of no help. Called a few times and their attitude was basically too bad out of warranty.

KEEPS THE ROOM NICE AND COOL
I purchased about a couple weeks ago and it did work very well for a 800 square-foot apartment. It kept it really cool, but my only issue with it was that it was a little too loud for me. I work from home so it was hard to take calls ect with the loud noise in the background but other than that it's a great product and works great. Also, it is pretty heavy so keep that in mind.

Effective but noisy
This was an emergency replacement for a horrendously leaking old inefficient window unit. It was a little pricey compared to some local stores portable units but I didn't want to cart one home and I also have done a cheap one and it wasn't great. It's a little noisy at highest setting if you need complete silence for sleep it might not be the choice for a bedroom. Easy to move around, easy enough to install, any difficulties for me had to do with my ancient windows. It's only been installed for an hour, so I can't say much about efficiency but it did cool the room it's in quickly even with the door open and I can feel it in the next room

Keep looking
Doesn't indicate what the actual ambient temperature is. Also, even though a dual hose system, does not provide fresh air option when in fan mode.

Okay so I have a lot to say about this item. It is my first portable AC and I got after always having window air conditioners. I decided to get this particular one after seeing it rated as one of the top portable ACs on the Forbes list and here is my feedback: Cons: 1. There's a manual with no instructions, I had to look on Tik Tok for assistance. 2. There's window kit was too long and I was not prepared. I ended up having to measure it and cut it with a kitchen knife, which was a task within itself 3. I just received it today and the hose came off of the rim 3 times already. I was fighting to put the rim back on and I was having such a hard time because you have to screw it on…. if there were proper instructions I would have known that, instead of having to figure it out. 4. It doesn't keep my whole room cold, just the area in which it blows. 5. The hose and its opening is HUGE and nothing comes in the package to help keep bugs or even BIRDS out of the area or from potentially nesting inside of the hose, so I had to order some adhesive mesh tape separately, but it is a big inconvenience, especially with the hose disconnecting from the rim constantly. 6. The window kit is kind of weak. All it is, is a piece of plastic for the hose, there's no filler to possibly put on the sides to keep the area insulated, like window air conditioners have. Pros: 1. It is easy to figure out since there isn't proper instructions. 2. Although, it only keeps the area that it blows in cold, it is nice and cool…. But it wouldn't be up for the task of keeping my room cool in the height of the summer. 3. It does come with wheels on 4. The ease of any portable AC, which is that it's easy to put away and uninstall.

Overstated Cooling Capacity
They claim 14000 btu can handle up to 650 sq ft, not the case. I have a 600 sq ft apartment and it doesn't do the job.

Misleading, Ineffective Cooling
I'd give less than one star if possible, this cannot cool a small 200 sq foot room. Stay away, no way this is 14,000 btu's
