Over Years of Juice Wasted.
We’ve had this machine in our family for over 10 years. I believe we got it around the time when it first came out. Over the years it comes out of storage and used daily for long periods of time. The biggest reason for it to go to storage is the product cleanup. It’s bulky. Requires serval parts to be taken apart. We even threw out the jug just because it takes up so much room. With new juicers on the market this one isn’t good. The amount of pulp and juice that IS NOT extracted is not worth buying this. Greens get chucked and not juiced. Whole spinach ends up trashed because it won’t juice. Ginger and beets and well. If you’re going to invest get something with better extraction. Not this. Needless to say after 10 years we just purchased another better juicer. That being said the machine does work and you will get a nice glass of delicious juice. You just wont get the entire bang for your buck.

Most of the time when a juicer isn't producing as much juice, or it's getting wet pulp or leaking, it is due to the Nutridisk/filter basket being clogged. The entire mesh of the basket should be see-through after cleaning. Machine Exploded into Pieces
Beware or the Breville juicer because they have the potential to blow apart into pieces. Our juicer just malfunctioned and the whole bottom part exploded leaving pieces of plastic and metal everywhere. We were fortunate that we weren’t seriously injured and still have our eye sight. We have pictures to prove the disaster and when we contact led the company after several months of back and forth they offered us 35% off a new machine. Their customer service is a joke.

Beware plastic part being shredded into juice
My juicer lately has been making this noise during juicing. I did not realize that the noise was the plastic part that goes on top of the blade being shredded along with the veggies I am juicing. I am sick to think that I have been giving my kids the plastic pieces that the blade is taking from the plastic!!!!!!!!! You need to design better pieces for your juicers

Terrible juicer
Overheats very easily, most of the waste is mushy seems like there could be more juice from it, clogs often, overall for the price it works the same as a cheap juicer

Three Strikes
Unfortunately this product is continually rated as one of the best centrifugal juicers. We purchased our first one 3 years ago. It lasted 11 months before being replaced under warranty. That juicer made it 14 months before experiencing the same issue (small pieces of plastic parts evident in the process). Circumstances influenced this recent purchase (speed of delivery) but it will be our last one.

Great juicer
I have had this juicer since my son was born 6 years ago. I just came here to see if there is any service for it since the turn on/off wheel is not working anymore. But it still does the job when plugged in. We make juices everyday for the whole family and I have never had any issues before. Great product!

The worst juicer ever. It produces very little juice and it wastes a lot of fruits and vegetables. The mush that it discards is very juicy and needs to be squeezed by hand . I would not recommend this product. If you are looking to buy this juicer , you are better off to get a blender .

Great juicer!
I've had this thing for 2 years no issues and I juice weekly! Actually looking to upgrade soon!! But for now this is a great choice for juicing at home! I don't know why this has so much negative attention. Maybe you nobody dumps the pulp bin. But mine never leaks. Maybe clean your blade? All in all outstanding piece of equipment!!

Good Juicer But
This is a good machine but the waste basket cracked on the bottom already? It might have to go with the fact when you attach the pitcher, it unlevels the entire machine. So when you remove it, the force probably made the bottom crack. For the price I would expect something more sturdier and less prone to breakage. Maybe I just happened to purchase a poorly made one.
