Got and made this with a friend for her birthday and followed the box to the instructions. I dented my cooking pan trying to get the product out, and everyone had the same "ehhhhh" face while trying to chew through the rock hard crust and gummy lemony sweet flavor. Not ever trying that again. Ya'll make bomb cornbread though hahahaha It was a good laugh with friends. went to the trash unfortunately.

A Knockout!
I had been on the lookout for a GF Lemon bar and spotted these from one my favorites, Krusteaz! Not hard to make, I added the juice of a lemon to the water/filling mix and they taste GREAT! Couldn't be happier with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are super yummy!! A very moist, lemony dessert bar that is reminiscent of cake but not quite (more dense, more moist). Bright citrus compliments the sweetness so it's not too sweet. Easy to make with basic ingredients on hand, takes no time at all to make, and so good! Keep in mind you may want to chill these after making so they set up well, but if you have time for that then go for it! Fun treat to pull out of the pantry when you're wanting a sweet snack or dessert! Kids loved helping me, so that's a huge bonus!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Krusteaz - Gluten Free Lemon Bar boxed mix tasted amazing. Truly better than anything I have gotten from the bakery or even gramdmas house. The mix was fairly easy to make if you follow the instructions step by step. You need to bake the crust before you put in the lemon mix which is something we almost missed. Lemon bars turned out amazing and so glad the are gluten free. Best lemon bar mix I have found yet!

The lemon flavor is precise but not overbearing. These are excellent for a summer snack, dessert after dinner, or a work function. The color makes them appealing to the eye.

They taste amazing, soft, lemony but, not too tart or sweet, and gooey. I will purchase these again they were a hit with my kids who demolisheda whole pan in no time!

Simply follow the directions and with a few simple steps and ingredients adding in, the lemon bar is ready! I like to have mine with raspberry jam, then a few cut strawberries pieces, and powdered sugar. Looks so pretty and tastes so yummy!! A perfect summer dessert!
