Arrived broken, the safety valve was installed improperly. Luckily I am an electrician so I could fix it. If you aren’t then check yours as soon as it arrives so you can return it if need be..once I fixed the unit, it has worked great and it is one of the hottest heaters I have ever bought.

POOR DESIGN

The feet are so long the safety tip over auto shutoff button does not engage. In other words, it DOESN’T WORK because it constantly thinks it’s tipped over. Will be returning.

Ehhhh.

I previously had one of these heaters and had it plugged into an extension cord, and it melted the extension cord and they bonded and you could not get them apart. Had to throw both . Decided to try this one because it looked like a new model, but no difference. Unless you have it on the max setting, it does not heat the room that well. In addition, it draws so much electricity that it consistently blows out my fuses. Even when nothing else is plugged into the outlet and there’s nothing else turned on in the room.
