    Winning Against Gravity

    I purchased this along with the MSM capsules. I follow Medical Medium and he recommended this combo to use in my collagen shot. It's supposed to help nourish your skin from the dermis. Not sure if it's working yet or not. Physiologically, I feel good just because I am making myself change my habits and start a new healthy habit.

    Struggling with the taste

    When mixed with water, it’s the worst tasting supplement I’ve tried & chalky texture in the water makes it harder to go down. Will be trying the pill supplement format next time!

    Dissolves easily in water. I like to mix several liquid and powder supplements together. Very little flavor so blends with other supplements. Great to boost your immune system and so easy to adjust the dose. Only need one small scoop for 2000 mg
