I got the full size, and as you can see from the picture, it's the exact size of my mattress (which usually doesn't happen). It's a very heavy foam, but it's very responsive (it doesn't hold a memory for a long time) which makes it very supportive. My dog is obsessed with it lol. It was advertised at 3" thick, but mine is closer to 4 inches. Definitely a heavy duty quality product!
