Cake sticking
I have made the same cake in your 9 in non stick pan, each time it has burnt and stuck to the side of the pan. The bottom was over done. I have been very careful because each of these cake were birthday cakes. I am going to put them in the garbage rather than risk burning another cake!

I have 8 of these pans and will certainly purchase more.
I use these pans to make pecan sticky buns which means putting a layer of brown sugar, karo syrup, and pecans. After baking you flip the pan so the pecans end up on the top! Everything comes out perfectly! Can't say enough about these wonderful pans.

I am buying a replacement
Like all coated bakeware, I find they have a limited lifetime. I have two Wilton cake pans. One does a great job and the food doesn't stick. The other was fine for a while, but the food now sticks to the center of the pan when baking. In short, most non-stick cookware of any brand is expendable and needs to be replaced periodically.

the life handles are helpful
The pans worked well. The cakes were not over-browned on the perimeter. The handles are helpful. Not as heavy as my other 'best' pans, but solid, "keeper" pans.

I have baked in this 3 times in the past month with perfect results every time. Super easy to hand wash. Superior quality for the price.
