Rip in the carseat cover
Hi, a family member bought our Maxi Cosi Travel System through our babylist registry and i just received it today and the carseat cover has a hole in it is there a way to receive a new cover or do i need to send the whole package back to receive another? I do love it, but im super bummed there is a hole. Thank you.

I love the appearance of this stroller and car seat combo. However the car seat is really bulky and even in an SUV my seat had to be pushed on the way up. Also the stroller gave me problems at times it wouldn’t close and I would be stuck for 5 mins outside of the car trying to close it.

Slope of Bassinet is bad
I purchased the Maxi-Cosi stroller because of the brand’s reputation for safety and comfort, but I was very disappointed with the bassinet design. The slope of the bassinet is extremely steep for a newborn. This is not just a comfort issue—it can pose real safety risks. Newborns need to lie flat to support proper spinal development and maintain an open airway. An aggressive incline can cause the baby’s head to tilt forward, increasing the risk of breathing difficulties and even positional asphyxia. For parents who expect a safe environment, this design is concerning. I would not recommend this stroller for newborns. Parents should be aware of this issue before purchasing

Buyer beware
I bought this travel system when my daughter was born because my sister had it with my nephew 5 years ago. I do not know what happened to the quality but my daughter’s car seat is NOTHING like the one my nephew had. I’ve had it for a year and have only used it a couple of times because i mostly use my doona and this car seat is falling apart!! I wanted to start using this as my main car seat for my car and using the doona only when i ride in another car with someone but like previous reviews my car seat fabric is coming off the sun shade will not stay on it pops out of the socket and it’s a pain to put back. Such a shame because i truly believed this company was a lot more reliable. I wish i would have read the reviews and not gone off what my sister had purchased years ago

Awful
I beg of you not to buy this car seat. I have adhered to every guideline, installed the base with all green indicators and yet this car seat gets stuck in the base CONSTANTLY. It is beyond frustrating and results in my husband and I needing to take our daughter out of the car seat to either baby wear her because we’ve given up or to shake the base violently until it finally unlatches.

I bought it months ago, but this is like the 5th time that I use the stroller and the wheel when off just in the middle of the ride, this is so unsafe and can cause an accident. The wheel is not well produced and does not have a way to fix it, i will need to buy a replacement of something that I am not responsable.

Horrible product
I bought this zelia set 1 year ago my son is barely 21 pounds and the car seat is falling apart. The canopy falls off the foam is coming apart. For the price of this I would have rather bought a less expensive set that probably would have lasted me longer .

carseat stuck to base
we should have tried it out before taking it to the hospital but my husband literally spent and hour trying to remove the car seat from the base it was stuck and only on me side unlatched we thought ok maybe it won’t happen again but getting home from the hospital same thing happened. i purchased it in april during a car seat trade in and had my baby in september and target didn’t return my money they only gave me store credit which can only be used in store they had nothing i liked in store so had to go somewhere else and pay out of pocket. so inconvenient and annoying

Cover js obviously not supposed to be washed and dried
For the price I should of paid a little more and bought a nuna. I washed the cover and when I put it back on it is all disheveled and does not fit properly. Now I am needing to buy a new car seat to replace

Worse Product I ever bought!!
Worse stroller and car seat ever! The stroller wheels started to get stock after a month of using, car seat moves a lot when installed in the car, and sun cover falls off. Wouldn’t recommend it at all. Safe your money!

Got this as a gift and when opened it to set it up the stroller was missing a few things like the straps and the cup holder and now can’t use it because they don’t sell replacement straps but other then that the infant car seat is great

Terrible quality
Terrible quality. The car seat says it’s machine washable but after I washed it and put it back together it always came undone, including the shade. And then within 6 months the button behind it started giving problems and would be hard to detach from the base until it fully broke at 11 months. The foam also cracked on the inside. I am so sad cause I truly loved this travel system and wanted to use for our next baby.
