Sent dirty / used product - TWICE

I ordered two of these. The first one had pink stains on it, so I returned it and purchased another. The second one was sent covered in dirt, leaves, and debris as if the entire pad had been dropped on the ground. These are not washable. I can only guess that they are sending customer returns / used product. Because of this experience, I decided I would never again buy from a third party seller. Disgusting!
