It does not work as it’s supposed to. I took it at night, as I always do with other brands, but the next day with this one nothing happened. I’ve used different brands and can totally tell the difference, this one is not as effective.

Great Way to End the Day

I've used this product for years, taking it at night and enjoying a reliable bathroom experience the next morning. I've used several brands, but will no longer use anything but Best Naturals Cascara Sagrada. I have no side effects, have not needed to increase the dose over time, and have consistent results I can plan my mornings around. I also like a product that isn't laden with chemicals. Thank you.
