I love these oats. I use them whole or I put them in a blender to make oat flour. They work great. The only thing I don't like is the seal on the container. They bust open way too easy. When I order through Natures Path the way there packaged together in 6 packs helps a lot, but if I order through anyone else that sells them individually there's pretty much always at least one busted seal with a mess. Other than the seal issue I love them. Way better than Bobs Red mill! And way cleaner oats.
