I would highly recommend buying one that connects via Bluetooth. This one comes with a tiny remote. If you lose it, your walking pad will be inoperable. Customer service will not replace it.

Broken after 6 months
I bought this to use on the days I work from home. I used it lightly, during a few meetings here and there and as the sole user, it was pretty light use. it has been about 6 months it is already unable to start and will need to be replaced. I know you get what you pay for, but I'm disappointed and definitely don't recommend!

No remote batteries
I was super excited to recieve this package in the mail. I had my husband help me unbox it this morning so I could use it. Got everything set up and ready to use and then opened the back of the remote to find out there is no batteries in the remote so now I'm unable to use it until I figure out wehre I can find those batteries. You'd think after spendig that much money on the walking pad the least they could do is give you batteries for the remote.

Remote wont pair, can't start machine without it
Like many others have mentioned, the remote will not pair after I put the needed CR2032 batteries into it. I did my research before buying this and found that most walking machines are super cheap in quality and will only work at best for 6 months to a year. Or like in my case, you can’t even try the thing because the shoddy remote won’t pair. Warning to not buy. Returning this.

Very good and slim
Remote control works great, it’s small and easy to move around, I have been using it in the living room while watching tv and it took me a minute to get a hold of the balance but it’s been good since. It’s not noisy at all and very easy to use.
