  • A: How to Fluff Outsunny Bench Cushions: 1. Unpack & Air Out: Remove the cushions from packaging and let them naturally expand for 24–48 hours. 2. Tap & Fluff: Firmly tap, shake, and knead the cushions, especially at the corners and edges, to redistribute the filling. 3. Sun Help: If still flat, place cushions in warm, dry sunlight for 24–72 hours to help them puff up. 4. Ongoing Care: Fluff by hand every 1–2 weeks and rotate/flip to keep shape. For cleaning, use a damp cloth with mild soap and air dry. Summary: Unpack, fluff by hand, use sunlight if needed, and regularly maintain for best cushion plumpness.
