Target delivered 3 out of 4 of my chairs so I did a return via usps & ordered completely different chairs, the next day the 4th chair came & i returned that 1 in store. Target issued 1 credit for instore 1 credit for 1 of the 3 chairs. Online it showed they did not receive two, I called & they then said my return was rejected because the chairs were used. How target when the second you delivered them i returned them! I need a refund for the 2 chairs you have! If the chairs were damaged or used it's because you sent them like that! I never even opened the package! No one calls, everything is via email or out of the country! I need a live person that can assist me to please contact me in reference to my refund! This feels like target is scamming me!
