Heavyweight Linen Blend Comforter and Sham Set - Casaluna™

Bought this after having a couple different colors from a few years back. Wanted a new color. Worst mistake of my life. I’ve washed it so many times to try and get rid of the excess FUZZIES but it’s always shedding. Every time I brush my hair fuzzy blue stuff is coming out and it’s caused my hair to mat terribly. I’ve literally broken hair/ripped it from trying to brush the fuzz out. I thought maybe if I only use the sheets and comforter and not the pillow case I’d be fine but NO. I don’t know when they switched fabrics but my last 2 sets before this were wonderful. Please go back to the other material. Target employee

I have three of these and love them! They get way softer as they get worn and used. The stiff feeling definitely goes away within a few weeks if it’s getting used. I don’t like duvet covers so this is a perfect alternative. I have washed all of mine at least ten times and they hold up perfectly.

i really liked this comforter despite reviews. i do think expensive for the product but i will buy this in another color for the guest bed.

This is our third linen blend comforter from this brand. The top of this one feels like burlap and is so scratchy. Very disappointing that they changed the material. Will be returning!

I love this comforter so much! I literally get so many compliments on it. The only thing is it does catch/show lint, but that’s mainly due to it being a dark brown color.

First wash and it tore. Returning the item. Too much money and the quality was a bit disappointing because it’s such a beautiful color.

We had purchased the cream colored one about 3 years ago and loved it! We were due for a change and decided to go for the brown. This is a completely different comforter, the top is so rough and itchy! There is absolutely no way I will keep it especially for the price! So disappointing

Never in my life have I written a review for a Target product - this deserves all the hate!! It’s awful & cheap. When I was making my bed I said to myself that the color was a bit greener than I was anticipating, until the shams came out the correct color. As others have said, they’ve changed the material. The shams are a complete different color and texture. I will be retuning this tomorrow & just ordered what this should have been on Quince for $30 more.

I'm not one to write reviews, but I'm bummed with this quality. The front of the comforter is stiff and rough. The shams are soft and definitely a different material than the comforter - much nicer and would be rated higher. I'd keep it if the comforter and shams were both made of the nice material, but I will be returning. The quality is disappointing for Casaluna and the price.

DO NOT BUY THIS. I have owned this same comforter for a few years and thought it was the best quality so I purchased a new one in a different color for a refresh. They 1000% changed the material. It is the worst quality linen ever. The pillow shams were still the same as the old blend but the comforter itself is SUPER stiff, scratchy and almost starchy. I was hoping washing it might help but I can’t take the risk and then not be able to return it. At this price point it’s ridiculous to have such terrible quality. The pillow shams also have a raw edge (same as always) but the ones I received were in terrible condition shedding and pulling/falling apart really badly that I couldn’t even clean it up by pulling the loose pieces. So disappointed. This has always been my favorite brand.

They have changed the Linen Blend Comforter and Sham Set from the original style. (You may still notice two separate listings with the same title on target separating the old from the new.) The old one was amazing. Our family owns 4 of them. However this new style is terrible. Like others have said, the top is very scratchy and the underside feels like thin sleeping bag material. We even exchanged it thinking maybe it was a one-off. Sadly, not so. Will likely be returning it.

Material is very rough and itchy. I tried to give it a chance but I had to put it away immediately. I was wearing shorts to sleep and it was hurting my skin and I’m not a person who has sensitive skin.

For being so expensive, the quality was not there. It already had tears in it when I got it so I returned it immediately,
