Not worth getting past the smell
As other reviewers have noted, the smell is absolutely awful. The product smells rancid. I must be a bit of a masochist because I've been using this product for over a month now so I can give it a fair review, and I hate myself a little every time I put it on my face. The only saving grace is that the smell dissipates rather quickly after it's on your face. As far as hydration goes, the Youthtopia moisturizer is more hydrating than the Ginzeng gel moisturizer and less hydrating than the Ginzeng ultra hydrating creme. It is about as moisturizing as the A Perfect World with SPF. As far as the plumping claims, I haven't noticed any difference for better or worse. What I have noticed is that I'm suddenly having acne issues. As this is the only thing in my skin routine that has changed, I believe this is causing me to be more acne-prone.

Smells great but bad skin reaction
I love how this smells and feels on the skin but I have a pretty bad reaction to it. Bummer. I don't have sensitive skin, but even still I wouldn't recommend this to someone with sensitive skin.

Moisturizes but Smells Rancid
I love how quickly this leaves skin feeling moisturized and plump, it definitely does what it claims to do. Unfortunately, it's impossible to get past the smell. You can vaguely get a hint of apple but there is an overwhelming rancid smell. At first, I couldn't put my finger on it but coming here to see if anyone else had the same issue I found spoiled milk is the best way to put it as someone mentioned. Very old spoiled milk. I had hoped I would get over it in time, but I dread using it now. I tried holding my breath as long as I was actively putting it on. Now, it makes me sick to my stomach so I won't be using it anymore and I still have a ton of product. I'm wondering if somehow some of us have bad batches. Since I haven't experienced a good version though, I would never suggest this to anyone. It is not a scent you can just look past. If this were not such a big issue, this would be a 5 star product but when a scent literally causes many people to be unable to use it, a high rating is not deserved and you need to check your formula or batches.

Love this
I got this as a mini in a value set and I have almost finished it. I love this moisturizer. I feel like it has helped with my redness and my skin feels so healthy. Debating splurging in the bigger size.

Had to wash off immediately
Did my usual skin routine, decided i wanted to give this guy a try. Within seconds of putting it on, i felt my face get really hot, and saw my face and neck were bright red. I personally dont mind the smell, but i had a fairly bad reaction to it. Surprising since I usually don't react to brightening ingredients.

Bad reaction, weird smell.
I made a huge mistake trusting this moisturizer based off using other Origins products in the past. I put this on my dry skin and less than five minutes later my face started to feel very hot. I looked in the mirror and my whole face was completely crimson. I washed it off and my face stayed red and hot. Learn from me, DO A PATCH TEST.

Smells Horrible! Does NOT relieve any Dry skin
I went to return this and it says I can no longer return? It's only been 2 1/2 weeks since I received it? I should have read all reviews as now reading many said same thing about the smell and how it doesn't hydrate. My first impression was this smells really bad and I don't know if I'm gonna be able to tolerate the smell on my face. I expected it to smell like apples. It is way too sticky and did NOT relieve any dry skin. I am very disappointed that I wasted money on something I can no longer use.I would not recommend very disappointed feel like I wasted a lot of money on nothing.

Good texture but smells awful
This moisturizer is fine. It has very nice texture, and my face feels moisturized. Does not feel heavy on my face. The only thing I don't like is the smell. To me, it has a strong chemical smell that is quite off- putting. I would probably use it more regularly if it didn't smell so bad.

The Youthtopia Apple Cream is surprisingly effective!
I'm 60+ years old and decided to try the Youthtopia cream. I apply it every morning as directed after the Apple face Peel. To my surprise it has reduced the size of the pores on my face and my skin is noticeably smoother after 2-3 weeks. The scent is bland, nothing special, so ignore the complaints regarding the scent. I do appreciate the clean ingredients and the results especially!! Thank you Origins!

My skin looks photo shopped
the product smells like apple cider vinegar when you open it but the smell goes away the second you put it on your skin. My skin is soft and super smooth looking thanks to this product. I will definitely be buying it again.

Packed with Nature's powerhouses
My skin INSTANTLY feels hydrated and nourished. This peptide plumping cream uses apple stem cell culture technology to deliver anti inflammatory, antioxidant, and skin nourishing ingredients in an absorbable cushiony cream. Softens and protects skin. The 'smell' is all of these wonderful ingredients. Whatever fermented smell the negative reviews are talking about goes away after application. Not only that but it actually smells good to me. Would you rather have a cream that has an artificial chemical 'smell' of fruit that has no health benefits, or would you rather have a little fermented smell that is completely natural, dissipates afterwards, and is filled with Nature's powerhouses? No brainer. Five Stars.

Love it, def works
Idk what everyone is talking about with the smell, but I love the smell lol. I got a small one for sample with my Ulta order. I started using it when I ran out of my usual moisturizer and had to wait for my shipment. This has actually kept me moisturized more than my usual one. I’ve also had less breakouts. I’m loving it and decided to try a full bottle

Got for free and threw in the trash
Got this for free as part of my most recent order. Sorry, but after opening this and smelling it, I was not about to put it on my face. Hard pass. Went right in the trash.

Fine
Youthtopia is a run of the mill moisturizer. Will not buy again because it smells like a wet dog.
