as soon as i recieved this i had to try it so looked around to find something to use as a vehicle to get this in my belly! What i found was chciken wings and i couldnt of picked better. The sauce was made for chicken ,better yet for deep fried crisp chicken.

Yummy as a marinade or spread
This is such a unique take on barbecue sauce! It definitely has a stronger umami flavor (it tastes more like Asian cuisine with the soy sauce base). I really like the thicker texture. It makes it a great bbq sauce for on top of ribs! I tried it with some pulled beef and cracker which was good but a little too overpowering. Then I put it on some ribs as they were finishing cooking and it was delicious! I would definitely recommend this as a marinade or on top of meat. I disagree with their recommendation as a dip but it’s so good otherwise! I received an incentive to write this review.

Great Condiment.
Ok, this is a sweet addition to any dish. Again, its versatility to be used in so many dishes from soups, to dipping sauces and even as a garnish on bean sprout salad, I consider this the Hoisin sauce of Korean cooking! I like to add this to dumpling pork filling with chopped Kimchi and a good drizzle in the dipping sauce as well.

An absolutely delicious sauce
This sauce has a umami rich flavor that is a bit different than other Korean BBQ sauces I've tried due to the addition of miso paste. It gives it a slightly fermented flavor that reminded me a little of the fermented black bean sauce that you find in other Korean dishes. It's salty and garlicky and incredibly flavorful and flavor enhancing without being spicy at all. And it works on more than just BBQ. I tried it on some cheeese rabokki and it gave it a much greater depth of flavor. Highly recommend. I know the momofuku branded items can be hit and miss but this is definitely a hit. Wow, you can smell the barbecue smoky flavor the second you pour this marinade sauce out. This is perfect to put on meat hours or even days before you’re ready to cook it. You can even sauté it over your stove and it’ll taste like the perfect barbecue great taste without hours of marinating. I felt that taste really popped more with chicken than it did with beef steaks. I received an incentive to write this review.

Delicious BBQ sauce with a twist
This is a sweet and savory BBQ sauce and it tastes delicious! It definitely has a BBq flavor but with a twist. There is a taste to it that is similar to an Asian sauce for Chinese food. We used it on a burger and as a dipping sauce for cheddar bratwurst. This is something that could be used on so many different foods. We plan to try it on smoked ribs and pulled pork next. This sauce hits a great balance between heat and flavor. It has a good amount of spice that adds a nice kick without being overwhelming, and it's not overly sweet, which keeps it from feeling heavy or syrupy. The umami is the real star here - it’s really good on things like rice, to take it from simple to savory. It's really versatile. Thick Asian bar-b-Que sauce
This Korean bar-b-que sauce is pretty good. It was a little too thick for my taste. Also I wish it was a little sweeter and more tangy like a traditional bar-b-que sauce. This is definitely more of an Asian taste. This is similar to a thick soy sauce. I’m sure this would be great to cook with though as it would coat the food nicely since it is so thick. The best most delicious sauce
This momofuku sweet and savory sauce is truly so versatile. The value is so clear as it’s a big bottle but can be used in so many ways. Featured is it on a slice of Asian style pizza but we’ve tried it as a marinade, a sauce with a rice bowl, etc. this is truly our one stop shop for a sauce and it’s so good to all dishes. This Momofuku sweet & savory Korean BBQ sauce is perfect for making stir fry vegetables or over rice. The flavor definitely has a strong soy sauce base. It isn't your"typical" BBQ flavor. I did find it to be a little salty so I would definitely adjust the amount you use based on your taste. I originally used some with pizza which did surprisingly complement this well. Korean BBQ Sauce for all your BBQ Needs
This is a Korean style barbecue sauce. It is great for marinating. My mom added it to chicken, and the chicken instantly tasted better. You don’t have to marinate it for a long time before cooking because the taste is very strong. The bottle has a great amount of marinade and can do well for a tailgate party or a barbecue. I will order more to add to barbecue during the summertime.. I received an incentive to write this review.
