The extra-wide 4-foot mats feature Velcro on all four sides, allowing you to connect one mat to another for a custom-sized workout surface. This makes them ideal for gymnastics tumbling, martial arts, wrestling, dance, yoga, Pilates and more. Kids will love playing on them at home and practicing their athletic skills! Dense EPE foam helps prevent injuries and cushion joints, whether you’re stretching or practicing flips. Two handles make the mats easy to carry and store away. Perfect for walking workouts
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a thick mat that reduces impact when doing aerobic style workouts. It's reduced my knee and foot pain after a long session. It doesn't shift at all! I'm glad that it has the velcro so I can attach another mat if I work out with my kiddo
