The extra-wide 4-foot mats feature Velcro on all four sides, allowing you to connect one mat to another for a custom-sized workout surface. This makes them ideal for gymnastics tumbling, martial arts, wrestling, dance, yoga, Pilates and more. Kids will love playing on them at home and practicing their athletic skills!     Needed an in home exercise mat

    Perfect for walking workouts

It doesn't shift at all! I'm glad that it has the velcro so I can attach another mat if I work out with my kiddo
