Great Sustainable product

Perfect Bench!

Great Bench
I really love Polywood products and this little bench fits my very small balcony just right. I still need a small side table and pillows. The one thing I really wish you made is a seat cushion for the bench. . . . old bones do not do well on hard surfaces. . . .

This was so easy to put together and it looks great. I have purchased 2 chairs in the past as well. The pre-drilled holes were all perfectly placed, making assembly a breeze.

After being sent the wrong
After being sent the wrong arms and bottom seat parts and after receiving a complete replacement I can finally use my new bench. It's just a tiny bit wobbly due to thin arms with small contact points to the ground but still holds 2 people with confidence. Overall 4 star due to wrong parts sent and arm thickness. Customer service got the replacement bench here quickly after pictures of wrong parts were sent to them.

Nice bench, but 2-3 screws did not fit in pre-drilled holes
I bought two of these benches, and both suffered from the same issue in the same place - 2-3 screws do not fit in their holes, so these screws were not inserted and now the bench is less than 100% secure/tight. As a result it is a little wobbly.

Durable and attractive
Very happy with this bench. It's surprisingly comfortable considering the hard seat. Theoretically assembly is idiot-proof, but in practice it's obnoxiously fiddly and awkward with such large, heavy and slick pieces. You'll definitely want two people, plus a drill with a hex bit for tightening. Looks great though and I will probably order the seating set as well.
