Bought it today and pump broke before I could even try it. This product is more expensive than my Cerave SA cleanser but here's the thing, the pump from my completely used Cerave cleanser still works. I pit this cleanser in the used bottle. I'll just buy my Cerave cleanser from now on. I have no issues with the pump, product is excellent and it costs less than the Cetaphil with the faulty packaging. Why would thebbuy the stupid alternative? I never will again. Learn from my mistake!

The pump bottle is nice but it dispenses way too much so you really only need half a pump, it had little to no scent which is nice and it’s very economical for the size of the bottle. It lathers nicely and didn’t cause any reactions so would be good for oily sensitive skin.

A little squeeze of the bottle foams up really nicely when the face is wet. The product has a very clean scent and leaves the skin feeling very clean. As it’s a chemical rather than mechanical exfoliator it takes a few days to see results but I did fin lad it made my skin smoother. It’s a great second product in a double cleanse routine

Easy to use one or two pumps does my entire face and neck. Leaves my face smooth and clean. No harsh chemicals, nice budget friendly cleanser is easy to use, and does an amazing job. My skin always feels nice and clean. I find it easy to use in the shower. Love all Cetaphil products I have tested so far.
