Description

Formulated without the use of artificial flavors or colors, Solgar's Natural Vitamin K2 (MK-7) is derived from natto extract. Vitamin K2 is an active form of Vitamin K and is important for bone health. Vitamin K2 is not readily found in the diet and is manufactured by gut microflora. Vitamin K2 can also be extracted from a natural whole-food source, the fermented soybean product Natto. This product has 100 mcg per vegetable capsule. Free of gluten, wheat, yeast, sugar, sodium, artificial flavor, sweetener and color. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.     Good

    Diagnosed with osteoporosis and read this is a good supplement to take. I know Solar are good quality so started taking, easy to take once a day. 2yrs for next scan so fingers tightly crossed this helps

    Best K2 (MK-7)

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been taking this after lunch together with D3 2200iu for 3 weeks and feel this is the best combination. I also take Solgar Calcium Magnesium Zinc in the evening. Now I sleep much deeper and feel more energetic, thanks to Solgar's highest quality and standards. Previously I tried a few D3 K2 combined products from other manufacturers, none of which seemed to be particularly good.

    Expensive

    Very good, but also quite expensive, especially considering I'm not solely purchasing vitamin K. You'd expect there to be combo deals or discounts for bulk purchases.

    A product that works.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started taking K2 as a supplement for D3 which I recently started taking after having a bad Covid experience and 2 or 3 chest infections which I wouldn't normally get. I also felt that something still wasn't right with my general health and found Solgar on my online search. After a month of these 2 supplements I am sleeping better and don't feel so tired all the time. It's a very difficult thing to review but I can only put my improvement down to Solgar's products. I am 73 years of age.

    Amazing products
