Q: How do I know when they are fully charged? The light on the case is blue but the earbuds inside the case have a red light glowing, when I remove them they blink blue and red, they work so I know they are charged
A: Hi Helina, thanks for reaching out about Bluetooth Wireless Earbuds - heyday™ To better understand your individual needs, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.
submitted byMike - 7 months agoTarget expert supportA: Hello Helina, Great question! When you plug the earbud case into the charging cable the battery inside the case will charge, and the case will simultaneously charge the earbuds. While the case charges the red light on the case will blink. Once the red light on the case is solid red then the case is done charging. When you unplug the case from the charging cable the light will usually turn blue on the case meaning the battery is still charging the earbuds inside. Which is why the light on the earbuds inside of the case is red, because they are still charging from the battery in the case. Once the blue light turns off on the case, then the earbuds are either fully charged or the case battery has run out of power. After explaining the charging features of this product, let me answer your original question; if the earbuds are in the case and the case is plugged into the charging cable, then the earbuds should be fully charged when the red light on the case stops blinking and goes solid. They may charge inside of the case for a few more minutes if they are unplugged from the charging cable indicated by the blue light on the case, but they are considered fully charged at the point the case stops blinking and are ready to use! Q: Do they have an initial charge when first opened or do they have to charge before use?
A: Hello Megan, Thank you for reaching out with this great question! We are the manufacturer and wanted to reach out with a clarification in addition to Target's answer. Most of the heyday earbuds do have some charge when fresh out of the box, but it usually only lasts for a few minutes. When the charge is low you can experience connectivity issues with these earbuds, so, although you should be able to test them right out of the box for a minute or two, we would highly recommend giving them a full charge right after that. We hope this information helps! If you need further assistance we would recommend emailing our Tech Support Department at support@ttinno.com or referring to this simple YouTube video about how to use our heyday earbuds. Thank you and have a great week! https://youtu.be/H9fpwQxWd3Q

Q: I have a question is it normal for the earbuds to be warm while charging?

Q: do these earbuds light up when in use
A: The case lights up when the earbuds are charging inside of it and the case lights up when the case is being charged, but other than that, no the earbuds. Do not light up when they’re in use.
submitted byUlla - 17 days agoA: Hello bianca, Thank you for your question! We are the manufacturer and wanted to reach out with a further clarification. The earbuds have an indicator light on them that does light up during the pairing process, but once paired to each other and then paired to your phone the both earbud indicator lights turn off. We hope this information helps, thank you again and have a great week.

Q: How do you know when the battery is dead and needs to be charged?
A: Hello Bookgal, Thank you for your great question! We are the manufacturer and wanted to emphasize the answer that the retailer gave you. The best way to know the earbuds are dead is if they will not turn on when you take them out of the case. This means the case is out of battery and so are the earbuds. There is not a special light that warns the battery is low, the lack of lights turning on is the indicator that the batteries are dead. We hope this information helps. If you need further assistance email out Tech Support Team at support@ttinno.com. Thank you and have a great week!
submitted byTT Innovation - 19 days agoBrand expertA: Hi Bookgal, thanks for reaching out about Bluetooth Wireless Earbuds - heyday. Heyday Bluetooth Wireless Earbuds typically indicate low battery levels with a blinking red light. When the battery is completely dead, the earbuds will not power on or respond to any actions. If you have any additional questions, we welcome you to contact MyTGTtech at 833-848-8324 every day, between 7am-11pm CST.
