Weird smell, also not American
I put these through the washer and dryer twice and they still have a weird smell. Also for what it’s worth, company name is “American Soft Linen” but these are made in Turkey and aren’t soft. These are actually rougher than the towels they were meant to replace. I’d recommend going to a store and buying towels you can touch and smell in-person which is my next step.

Garbage - Small and Worst Lint Shedding Ever
These towels are so bad that I'm convinced the positive reviews have to be fake. They have the worst lint shedding I've ever experienced for any towel set. Even after washing them, they got so much lint on me that I had to go back into the shower to rinse them off, and will still be getting lint off of me in the coming days. They also run small. I don't even want to donate them because nobody else should have to deal with this. Absolute waste of money, and I'm never gonna trust Target reviews again after this fiasco.

Love but waiting patiently
I do actually like these towels. They have been through the washer a lot already and they are soft and the color isn't fading, they look upscale. However, I have washed them a lot and when I shower and wipe myself down, I have black lint stuck on me. I am waiting patiently for this to not be a problem anymore but still waiting.. I'm talking 6 washes later.
