SHANY 120 Colors Professional eyeshadow Palette - Neon

Very bright Very vibrant

This is my very first make-up palette, and I'm thrilled to find it was a perfect starter choice. I chose the boutique palette because it's a good range of all colors, without being too expensive like the larger palettes. That being said, this makes me wish I'd gone with neon just for the brighter colors on my skin. However, this is a great pick for layering on the shimmery colors and blending it with the basic ones. Honestly, it's a great selection for the price.

It’s so amazing I love it

Being a makeup hobbyist for just a few years (in between a novice and intermediate level in makeup knowledge), I've been on and off with makeup that has been hyped up to be something so good, but ended up being the opposite for me, after paying so much for them (such as Too Faced, since their eyeshadow palettes always have hits and misses for a high price) . I realized at one point that hyped up, fancy packaging, and/or pricey makeup does not always equal good quality. I decided to give Shany a try after watching some YouTube videos about their eyeshadow palettes and viewing swatch pictures online. Shany is seriously an underrated brand, and I feel like Shany's eyeshadow palettes are on top of both drugstore and high end brands when it comes to minimal fallout while having decent pigmentation, blendability, and anti-patchy eyeshadows. This palette in particular opens doors from an everyday look to a glam look with warm colors, olive greens, subtle purples, and the standard silver to black shimmery foils and mattes. I appreciate the standard mirror and extra completely standard sponge applicators. Best of all, the price of 14-15 usd for 88 eyeshadows is a steal for the formulation and quality of these eyeshadows. I truly do believe that the Shany staff test out the eyeshadows before these palettes are sold.

This product is absolutely fabulous. Each color is about the size of a dime, which at first I thought would be used up very quickly. But, with the amount of colors in this palette, it will last you a long time. These eyeshadows blend beautifully and are a mix of matte, shimmers and satin consistencies. I know that personally, I use a NYX primer and with that these eyeshadows don't even need a touch up. Whether it's going out or going to class, with a primer, these eyeshadows are unbeatable. However, if you don't wear a primer, they tend to crease. I personally don't put on eyeshadow without a primer (because it brightens up the shadow and it lasts much longer), but if you're looking for a palette of shadows that you can put on without a primer than these might not be for you. The shadows in this palette are so diverse; you can create a light everyday look to a sultry night look. I also love the new trend of warmer tone shadows which all can be found in this palette along with some very cool toned shadows. The only reason I am not rating this product 5 stars is because one of the orange toned shadows shattered during the shipping process, but if this happens to you you can actually use rubbing alcohol, mix the broken powder, and let dry - and the shadow will be good as new. Other than that, if you're looking for a beautiful palette with an unbeatable price - this is for you.

This is such a cute eyeshadow palette. It has a color to match all my outfits.

While the pans are a little small, the colors are super pigmented and there's obviously a ton of them. Very happy

I would give this zero stars if I could. When I receive this pallet, what I first noticed was the smell. I could not quite figure out what it was. I open it up and some of the colors look used. Then I realize what I’m smelling is mold. Several of the colors are caked in green fuzzy mold. That’s what I was smelling.

These colors are so fun! I originally bought this for my 8 year old to play with, but I ended up using it for an 80s themed party!

These are not very pigmented. It's still fairly translucent even after applying many layers. I purchased this primarily for the wide range of greens, but the greens are not as vibrant as they appear in the picture. All of the greens are more cool-toned than they look as well. However, the sheer number of colours makes it worth the sale price. I would have been disappointed if I had paid full price.

Everything is very nice

I did love the wide color selection but some of the gorgeous colors hurt were not very pigmented and it made me so sad because I loved them!

not as thick, if you will, as I thought it would be. they're very bright colors but lite, bright colors. if this doesn't make sense to you then you shouldn't be buying a pallet in the first place :-) over on pretty happy though especially for the price :-)
