Should be ok for a few hours
This soft sided cooler is pretty mediocre overall, but it should get the job done for short outings. The build quality seems okay, though it definitely doesn’t feel as sturdy or refined as some of the more expensive big name brands. The insulation looks adequate for keeping drinks and snacks cool for a couple of hours, which is mainly what I plan to use it for. The liner appears well sealed, so I don’t anticipate any leaking as long as it’s used with ice packs or limited loose ice.

Didn't keep food and beverages cold.
I don't like this cooler, it failed to keep my sodas and frozen foods cold. I use this cooler in the trunk of my car to transport cold drinks and frozen foods from the grocery store. I placed a gallon jug of frozen water into the cooler to use to keep my items cold. Nope, the frozen water had completely melted within two hours. In the past, other soft sided coolers have out performed, not this one. As far as leakage, I didn't experience it. Probably because my jug of frozen water was placed into a plastic bag. Mind you, I had completely zipped the cooler beforehand, but when an entire jug of rock solid ice melts that quickly, you know that this cooler isn't of quality. Yes, it was an extremely hot day, but still.

great coolers
I've been looking for a comprehensive ice pack like this! The two front zipper pockets help me store a lot of extra items, and the shoulder strap can be not only carried by hand but also carried on the back, which is very convenient.
