I was disappointed as not all materials were listed on the site when ordering. The website shows "85% Viscose from Bamboo / 15% Spandex Protective Waterproof Coating" however, once received, I noticed Polyeurthane was also included in the listed materials. This was misleading and I reached out to return as I would not have ordered had this been accurately listed. Customer service was good as they responded to my inquiry and was courteous enough to cover return shipment (that would normally be paid by the customer) so I have given this product 3 stars for that fact.
Very comfortable and get good night sleep.

I can sleep better now at nights that this mattress cover makes me not as hot as the other two randoms ones I have tried. So stop wasting money on other none breathable ones and just get this one! It is worth the money when it comes to better sleep!

I didn't need the protection of the cover but wanted something between my sheet and mattress topper. It is perfect! I now sleep cooler. It doesn't make any noise and makes my sheets feel crisp. Would absolutely buy again.

I purchased this to help "pad" my firm Tempur-pedic mattress. Sadly it feels like a plastic crib sheet cover. It also "swishes" when I toss and turn. Wish I could return. Do not recommend unless you have an incontinence problem!

I brought this for my new mattress but when the head or foot is evaluated the mattress protector bunches up causing my discomfort, I then have keep pulling to straighten it out. I don’t know how to fix this issue, unsure even if it can.
