Both rods were defective! One wouldn’t tighten and the other one wouldn’t let you loosen it once it was tightened. I would stay away from these most definitely!

Difficult to install as it doesn’t hold tension. Waste of money but will keep it until it falls off one more time….probably very soon.

I had to check reviews to see if I’m the only one experiencing issues with the rod falling down. It appears that the rod is securely fastened but has fallen down multiple times. The rod is now locked to where I am unable to make any adjustments.

It works for shower curtains and room curtains.

It is lightweight, but sturdy. I used it to hang curtains in a brick wall window where it would be too much work to try to install curtain rod brackets. Easy installation and adjustability.

    damaged wall paint

It stayed stuck in place, but when we took it off, it ripped the paint off the wall. The white cushion circle was stuck to the paint.

    Not 72" as advertised

States this goes to 72" when it only expanded to 70". I had to use another tension rod for my window but will probably use this one for something else that's less than 70".

Not using it for the shower and ut works well

Easily holds 2 of the longest curtains I could get that had thermal listed in the product listing (☀️0). Needed to section off my apartment because my ac was struggling to cool the whole place and I don’t want to buy another. Curtains are fairly light and this holds it up nicely.

    The Worst

This is the most miserable tension rod I have ever used. It was a whole workout just to get it installed. This shouldn’t be so hard.

    Works

This shower rod works. I was able to install it tightly and securely by myself. It's on there and won't fall down. The black looks sleek. This rod does it's job.
