Installation was super easy, just follow the instructions and it took about 15 minutes to install, no extra tools needed. The chair is very comfortable and has good back support, so you won't feel tired even if you sit for long periods of time. The PU leather feels smooth to the touch, looks beautiful, and is easy to clean, just wipe it with a damp cloth. I love the reversible armrests! You can easily push the chair under the table when not in use to save space. The wheels roll quietly and smoothly, and won't scratch the floor. All in all, this is a good chair at a good price. This is a great home office chair at a great price. It can be adjusted to fit comfortably whether you are 5 feet or 5 feet 10 inches. It is durable and very comfortable to sit in for long periods of time. The back support is great, but if you are around 5 feet tall, you can add a cushion for more comfort. My previous chair was fabric, so I had a lot of cat hair on it, but if you have pets, this chair is great because it doesn't attract hair or dust as easily as fabric. If it gets dirty, it is easy to wipe clean. This chair takes about 30 minutes to assemble.

I didn't even have to adjust the lumbar support. It was still very comfortable even after working for more than 11 hours straight.

The chair was fairly easy to assemble and not too heavy. The leg rest can be tucked away under the seat, but it can be difficult to use if you have heavy legs as you won't be able to recline.

I'm 5'11" and 250 lbs. I have some minor lower back issues. I sit at various computer desks for long periods of time in both gaming chairs (I imagine a racing chair) and executive chairs. I've been looking for a chair that's lighter than an executive chair, but still has decent support. I like the overall support to be firmer (not squishy) and have lower back support and can tilt or recline slightly as needed. This chair fits the bill perfectly, and is also very affordable. I feel like the chair is well made, especially for the price. I could have lived with no diamond pattern, but it just happened to match the pattern on a couch I inherited. :) So, I win. I love this chair. It's easy to move. It's light enough. It's comfortable. I also like that it has a low backrest. However, if you want to lean your head back and relax, this chair may not be the one for you. I've used those style chairs, so I prefer this one. The armrests flip up and feel great. They feel solid when they're down. The whole chair does wobble from side to side. This is fine for me, although I wish it was a bit sturdier. I don't think it would take a lot of pounding (like being slammed on it a lot). However, after a few months of use, I feel it's well made for its class. The height adjustment is no problem at all. I bought two at a time. Assembly: I almost returned it. The armrest brackets didn't line up with the threaded holes in the upholstered seat. My heart sank because I had spent a long time picking out the chair online. My first thought was to return it. Then I saw that the other side was aligned. I thought about it and realized that the metal frame inside must have been broken in the factory, causing the threads to misalign. I got a sturdy grade 5 bolt with the same thread (M8, I think) from the garage. I screwed it into the misaligned hole and pried it back with pliers. After this "adjustment", I assembled the first chair and used the provided bolts. I didn't use the provided bolts to bend the holes back because I was worried that the bolts might break. So, win! I love these chairs too much. The second chair had no alignment issues at all. The caster wheels have C-clips on the axle that compress when you insert the axle into the hole. In some wheels, they seemed to pull out of the hole easily. So I expanded the C-clips a little more so that they could expand more when installed. I ended up doing this for all the wheels. All in all, I am very happy with these chairs. The finish is also very good. The faux leather also seems to be harder, and I hope it doesn't peel easily, like my other chairs, which have peeled over time. I highly recommend this (these). They do exactly what I was looking for. Hope this helps!

Let me start by saying that I am very picky about office chairs. My job involves sitting at a desk, so I sit in this chair all the time. The padding of the seat is enough to be comfortable, but not too much. I still put an extra cushion on the seat sometimes. The armrests are adjustable. You have to pull them all the way up to put them down again. It will tilt back or stay stable depending on the lock position of the handle. Just push/pull the handle on the lower right side of the seat. The seat height can be adjusted by pushing and holding the same handle. The headrest is also adjustable. Both the backrest and the headrest are mesh material. However, it is not a hard plastic mesh, but a softer cloth. The wheels are standard and are sturdy. It has an optional leg rest. It is fun to use for napping, but since I use it as a work chair, I never use it. Overall, it is a good chair.
