The best we have ever had so far!!! Cooks evenly, and has stayed flat , unlike all our others!!!! They always buckle in the center and food runs to the sides …. Not this one . . so far it’s working out great !!! My wife loves cooking with it and so do I !!!! We’re going to get some frying pans on the next purchase ……. The interlocking notch on the handle does not fit with my current set. I bought this as a replacement piece to a set i received as a gift.

This pan is not as deep as my previous one. Not a fan of the long handle. Hard to store. Liked the previous double handle model one better.

Fantastic pan!
I tried a few other pans and have not had good luck with ceramic nonstick pans. I love this Anolon pan, especially the glass lid and coating on the handles to protect your hands from heat. The extra side handle is very handy for lifting the pan when full of food. Few pans come with a lifetime warranty and I am impressed with the quality of Anolon.

Happy with the sauté pan
We have used Analon fry pans for many years. The nonstick surface seems to hold up well. We do not use metal utensils with the pans but we do wash them in our dishwasher with no problem. We expect the same with our newly purchased sauté pan.

Works great
Love it on our electric range, level flat. Heats evenly, lids fit well. Worst is sometimes non stick sticks (egg) but cleans super easy.

Perfect Pan!
This pan is so great! I love the high sides for so many pasta dishes or anything that's just too bulky a recipe for a regular fry pan. It is my go-to pan. I use it several times a week. Not too heavy (with the lid off), nice grip handles (never had that before!), and cleans up beautifully.
