Perfect size
I search over 2 hours for the best pot and found it. I compared this pot to m a ny others and this one was the perfect candidate to use to cook my soups, cabbage, mustard greens, beans, etc. Heats well and hold even heating when cooking.

Not Anolon Advanced...
We have used Anolon Advanced since about 2008, and love the quality. We cook a lot, and we don't baby our cookware, but our Advanced cookware has held up well. We recently decided to add a couple of items, a larger pot and another small skillet. The new cookware is NOT the same quality we have used for years. This is NOT Anolon Advanced. I don't know if Anolon now uses a different manufacturer, or if they are just trying to save money by making the cookware cheaper, but the items we recently purchased are not the same.

Just the right size
My reg size stockpot (8qt) is always too full and splatters it’s contents on my stove. I opted for buying a larger stockpot for my chili, gumbo, soups and stews. It’s absolutely perfect for my needs

Stockpots do not work on induction stoves
I tried to use pot on my new induction stove, did not work. I was on website for quite sometime and saw where they claim their pots and pans work on induction. They need to specify that stockpots do not work on induction stoves.

I purchased the 7.5 qt stockpot in January of 2023. We use this 4-6x/week. It cleans evenly, food does not stick to the pan and it cleans up so easily that my husband and daughters never complain about cleaning it! It still looks like the day I pulled it out of the box. Our daughters have requested Anolon only for their wedding shower gifts.

This pot is lighter, less weight, than the earlier version of their stock pot. It has measurement volume markings on the inside. Foods do not stick.

Excellent Improvements to this Analon Stockpot
EXCELLENT STOCKPOT. This is my third Analon stockpot purchase in 7 years. Analon improved this stockpot since my second purchase 2 years ago. THIS NEWER STOCKPOT IS IMPROVED WITH A THICKER NONSTICK INTERIOR COATING AND HAS MEASUREMENTS ON THE INSIDE. IT COOKS EVENLY AND CONSISTENTLY AND RESISTS SCRATCHING BETTER THAN MY OLDER ANALON STOCKPOTS.
