I returned the first one because the enamel was scratched up. I’m now opening the replacement and it’s dirty and used. There are water stains and crumbs inside and the cap is damaged covered in dirt. I ordered another color which came perfectly fine. Very frustrating.

High maintenance
It doesn’t leak… if you triple check the gasket every time you open it. And you will open it often because the straw falls out. And it’s going to be on its side often, because it won’t fit in your cup holders. But yeah, it keeps your drinks cold.

Deceiving Color
I’ve wanted an Owala but just never found the color I liked. When I saw the Citrus Crush, I knew I needed it! However, when I received the bottle, the orange is completely different than the picture. It’s darker than the pic and almost like a burnt orange. The lid is also more of a yellow tint. I’m disappointed to say the least. I’ve heard overall good things about the water bottle, so I am hopeful for that.

I love the cup but I’ve had to buy and return twice. the first time it was missing the stopper And now my new one is missing the sealing ring. Just make sure all the parts are there when purchasing from target.
