Faulty pump
I had this bottle shipped to me. The top of the pump was not attached and I could not get it to screw back onto the bottle. Poor design. Asked for a replacement so we will see if it ships differently. The shampoo seems okay and I will just use what I have straight from the bottle.

Hair fall out!
I used it for the first time and while washing my son’s hair, there was more hair fall out than usual. Used a second time and the same thing, more fall out. Scared me a bit and I assume an ingredient didn’t agree with his scalp. Stopped use and went back to his usual shampoo.

I was surprised to see that i was gentle on their skins and no sinks or irritation or flare ups. Didn't had a smell. Boys absolutely loved the monster bottle.
