Great product!

Volume with hydration and silkiness
just started using this and don’t think I’ll switch to anything else! Makes your hair feel super smooth and definitely adds volume to my hair. I have very flat hair and I’ve noticed an instant increase in my volume when my hair dries love the pump too.

Enshittification comes to Dove
I agree with others that are saying the formula seems to have changed. I used to love this conditioner but my most recent purchase felt different. The consistency of the product is thinner and just seems to slide right off my hair instead of staying put until I rinse. Enshittification strikes again.

Can't Get Beyond the New Smell
It seems like the formula on this has changed. The previous version gave nice body to my curls, and this one feels heavier, so maybe I should use less. Beyond that it now has an off putting chemical smell that makes me not want to use it. What a bummer!

The new formula is terrible
This used to be my go to shampoo and conditioner, but they changed the formula and it no longer produces any volume for my hair. Instead, it caused a lot of shedding and made my hair look greasy and sparse. I am very sad and haven't found a good replacement yet.
