    I was excited to get

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to get my shipment. Seems like good quality but upon assembling the bed with trundle, there was a dent in it. I had contacted customer support which was very prompt in answering. I just wanted a new part to be shipped to replace it. Also got a dresser and same issue but minor. Wanted the same but they said that they would give me $50 credit. Just settled for this since it was the best they could do. Would have preferred a new part considering the cost of the item. Just be aware if this.

    Bed frame is nice but not the sturdiest bed or trundle frame. Expected solid heavy wood. Some pieces arrived damaged, so emailed customer service for replacement pieces. Rep responded needing part numbers. After providing the information that was needed, I did not receive any further responses. I called customer service after a week and a-half of waiting. Was told they received my response and a representative should get back to me by the next day. Horrible customer service. Never buying from this company again.
