Poor quality and even worse

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poor quality and even worse customer service. Multiple pieces arrived damaged. We’ve waited nearly 2 months to receive replacement parts that are still not out for delivery. Other companies have a much better policy regarding replacement of damaged goods. I won’t buy anything from Plank and Beam again.

Solid little bed for a great price.

This bed is pretty easy to assemble. There are a couple parts that are tricky because of where the screw inserts, but otherwise it comes together pretty easily. This is also a pretty heavy, solid bed. I was worried that at this price point it would feel flimsy or it would be wobbly but it's not.

Drill Needed

Need a drill drive the nails 20012 onto #09 and #10 to keep 20734 in place as well as to attach 20674 on #02 and #04 because the would is hard, you can just use a screwdriver as shown in pictures. Not sure how true these reviews are on here as they don’t mention difficulty with the above. Was hoping it would be simple and easy to place just like the rest of the steps
