It really helps my scalp when I have itchy dry dandruff . I feel that it is really effective right away unlike other shampoos like head and shoulders that irritate my skin, this one does not do that. I find that it’s more gentle on my scalp. And when I use it a couple times during the week it really takes it away for a long period of time.

Love the smell but made my dandruff worse.
Tried it for 7 days I love the smell and the texture or my hair after use but it made my dandruff + itchy scalp so much worse had to purchase selsun which worked for me 2 summers ago. I just hate the smell of selsun that’s why I tried this one.
